Menori Capital is owned entirely by its founder. It invests its own capital and has no outside investors.

• Kgosi Ruri Molebatsi Founder and Director. Sets strategy, makes all investment and capital decisions, and writes the research and annual letters.

About the founder

Kgosi Ruri Molebatsi is from Otse, Botswana. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Actuarial Science from Heriot-Watt University and an MSc in Data Science, with Distinction, from the University of Kent. He has passed the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries exams CB1 and CB2, and has worked in strategic market pricing at Ageas UK and in risk management at Faraday Underwriting. From January 2027 he is reading for a PhD in Statistics at Newcastle University, on Bayesian modelling of expert judgement for operational risk tail estimation.
